This project is located in Fuqing City, Fujian Province. It is invested by Wanhua Chemical (Fujian) Terminal Co., Ltd. The Group Company undertook all piling works for the No. 1 ethylene low-temperature storage tank. The project employed a construction technique integrating high pile caps with pile-columns. Using rotary drilling rigs for hole formation, it successfully and with high quality completed the installation of all 448 large-diameter reinforced concrete bored piles, each with a diameter of 1200 millimeters.
The project commenced on September 18, 2024, and was completed on December 31, 2024. Facing the complex port environment and a tight schedule, the project team demonstrated efficient execution through scientific organization. Simultaneously, the project strictly adhered to design specifications and codes, achieving an outstanding quality objective of a 100% qualification rate for all allowable deviation items. The project team placed high importance on environmental protection, safety, and sustainable development. It strictly implemented on-site environmental management, maintaining "zero pollution" throughout construction. The concept of green construction was fully implemented, prioritizing the use of environmentally friendly materials and equipment while strictly controlling noise, dust, and wastewater discharge. Furthermore, a comprehensive occupational health and safety management system was established. Through regular safety training and drills, the project achieved the goal of "zero accidents" in safe production.
