On February 6, 2026, the Group Company successfully completed the re-certification audit for its Intellectual Property Compliance Management System, marking a new phase in the company's standardized management and compliant operation of intellectual property.
This re-certification audit lasted for four days. The certification body (Zhongzhi [Beijing] Certification Co., Ltd.) conducted the audit based on the Requirements for Enterprise Intellectual Property Compliance Management System (GB/T29490-2023). The audit scope comprehensively covered intellectual property management across all business areas within the Group Company's qualifications, including:
• Design of municipal engineering, construction engineering, civil air defense engineering, and environmental engineering.
• Construction of municipal public utilities, airport pavement engineering, foundation and groundwork engineering, bridge engineering, construction engineering, and environmental protection engineering.
• Investigation, design, and construction for geological disaster prevention and control.
• Engineering survey and engineering measurement.
The certification experts highly commended the Group Company's Intellectual Property Management System. They noted that the system operates continuously and effectively, integrates closely with business operations, and plays a substantial role in supporting technological innovation, preventing infringement risks, and enhancing management efficiency. The system meets all requirements for re-certification.
Successfully passing this re-certification is both an affirmation of the effectiveness of the Group Company's intellectual property management and an impetus for continuously deepening compliance and promoting innovation-driven development in the future.
