This project aims to conduct systematic comprehensive control of nine extra-large loess collapse mass hazard sites in southern Huailai County. Commissioned by the Huailai County Natural Resources and Planning Bureau, the Group Company, acting as the supervision unit, undertook the full-process engineering supervision tasks from project commencement to completion.
The supervision work covered all control engineering activities, primarily including comprehensive mitigation measures such as manual clearance of hazardous materials, slope cutting and benching, construction of retaining walls and revetment walls, building of drainage channels, implementation of waterproofing measures at slope crests, and installation of active protection netting on steep slopes. The supervision team conducted comprehensive and meticulous monitoring and control over the quality, safety, progress, and investment of all the aforementioned construction activities.
As a project crucial for public welfare and safety, the supervision work adhered to the core principle of "prevention-first, safety-first." The team ensured potential construction safety hazards were "analyzed early, identified early, and addressed early," integrating safety oversight into every work procedure beforehand, thereby achieving in-depth integrated management of quality and safety. Through a series of effective control measures and strict supervision, the project successfully enhanced the geological stability of the treatment area, fundamentally eliminating the threat of geological hazards to local residents.
The project commenced on May 2, 2024. Over 213 days, under the rigorous, full-process control of the supervision team, it ensured all control tasks were completed precisely according to the contractual schedule, concluding on November 30, 2024. Upon completion, the project successfully passed the multi-party joint final acceptance inspection. The client fully affirmed the high level of professionalism, sense of responsibility, and excellent control effectiveness demonstrated by the supervision team.
