This project is located in Shijiazhuang City, Hebei Province, and is a large-scale comprehensive residential community invested by Shijiazhuang Junlebao Real Estate Development Co., Ltd. The Group Company, serving as the supervision unit, undertook the full-process engineering supervision tasks from project commencement to handover. It provided high-standard, comprehensive professional supervision services for the construction of this modern community with a total built-up area exceeding 220,000 square meters.
The project occupies a total site area of 81,387.16 square meters. Construction includes 21 residential buildings (1-15 stories, each with two underground levels), 7 commercial buildings, 1 kindergarten, a large underground garage (including approximately 14,500 square meters of civil defense works), and complete landscaping works. The supervision work comprehensively covered quality, cost, schedule, and safety control during the construction phase, as well as contract and information management, and organizational coordination. The scope of services spanned the construction preparation phase, construction phase, completion acceptance, and through to the defect liability period.
The project commenced on March 15, 2022, and was completed on March 30, 2025. The supervision team remained committed throughout the entire three-year period, excellently fulfilling the long-term supervision and assurance responsibilities. Through professional supervision services, all contractually agreed objectives were successfully achieved, culminating in the project passing the final acceptance inspection. The construction outcome fully met the client's expectations. The client expressed full recognition and satisfaction with the high level of professionalism, sense of responsibility, and outstanding coordination and control capabilities demonstrated by the supervision team over the three-year construction period.
