The Xiongshang High-Speed Railway is a key artery within China's "Eight Vertical and Eight Horizontal" high-speed rail network. The Zaoqiang Extra Large Bridge serves as a controlling project for its Hengshui hub section, where construction accuracy directly impacts the operational safety of the entire line. Commissioned by China Railway Third Bureau Group Co., Ltd., the Group Company undertook the full-process linear monitoring and data collection tasks for the bridge's cast-in-place cantilever continuous beams. This precision surveying safeguarded the successful closure of this major public infrastructure link.
The service commenced on June 22, 2024, and concluded on December 24, 2024, spanning 186 days. It covered the entire construction cycle of the bridge beams, from formwork erection to closure. Continuous tracking and observation were conducted on the formwork elevation, deck elevation, and centerline coordinates at each construction stage. The service successfully completed the linear monitoring for a total of 9 continuous beam segments, ensuring the precise closure of each segment.
Facing severe challenges including a tight schedule, multiple simultaneous operations, and complex geological and environmental interference, the project successfully utilized an integrated intelligent monitoring system combining "smart terminals + high-precision equipment + cloud platform." Through a dedicated mobile application and high-precision surveying instruments, real-time collection and upload of construction data were achieved. The cloud platform enabled dynamic analysis of massive datasets, allowing for precise prediction of linear deviation trends and rapid response to factors such as thermal stress and structural deformation. Based on the data analysis results, real-time guidance for on-site deviation correction was provided, achieving a construction process that was "measurable, controllable, and adjustable." This successfully overcame the challenges of linear control in a complex environment.
Thanks to the rigorous, efficient, and intelligent monitoring service throughout the project, all continuous beam segments achieved high-precision closure. The project team earned high recognition from the client for its outstanding professional capabilities, practically fulfilling the corporate mission of "safeguarding project quality."
