Pile Foundation Engineering (Lot A) for Nigeria Itori 2×6000 Tons/Day Production Line

The pile foundation engineering project for the Nigeria Itori 2×6000 tons/day production line is located in Itori Town, Nigeria, and is invested by Dangote Group.

The project commenced on April 28, 2024, and was completed on October 30, 2024, meeting the client’s timeline requirements with a total construction duration of 184 days. The scope of work included:

• 400 bored piles with a length of 40.0 meters and diameters of 800mm and 1000mm;
• 335 CFG piles with a diameter of 400mm and a length of 12.0 meters;
• 952 CFG piles with a diameter of 400mm and a length of 10.0 meters.

All completed piles fully comply with design and specification requirements, achieving a 100% pass rate in quality inspections.

Throughout the construction period, the project team prioritized the principle of "safety first". No safety incidents, occupational diseases, infectious disease cases, or environmental pollution events occurred, ensuring safe and civilized construction practices.
