Our company is responsible for the monitoring and measurement of the "Urumqi East Second Ring Road Yanbei section main line 54# swivel bridge" across the Lanzhou-Xinjiang Railway 2 × 55 m T-type rigid bridge - Xinjiang's first municipal engineering swivel bridge. In the early morning of September 7, 2023, after 90 minutes of clockwise rotation and accurate butt joints, successful rotated and merged with the East Second Ring main line smoothly.
Yanbei Viaduct of Urumqi East Second Ring Road Project, across Lanzhou-Xinjiang Railway, with a bridge width of 32.5 meters and a span of 70 meters, a two-way eight-lane urban expressway, is the largest tonnage and the largest span of Xinjiang's swivel bridges, with total weight of the swivel section of 16,500 tons. The main bridge using steel columns + Bailey beams + socket type plate buckle type steel pipe scaffolding and other combinations of frame cast-in-place, the frame height of 36 meters, consuming more than 4,000 tons of steel, after casting was completed, creating two 55-meter-long T-shaped frame, and then turn the body of the 77 ° to merge together, with a span of 70 meters, which is the key point of the project throughout the project control works, but also the largest municipal engineering in the Xinjiang region at present.
Our company is responsible for the deformation monitoring of this project, weighing before rotation and monitoring and measuring during rotation.
The weighing test of this project is another large-scale weighing project after Xinji Swivel Bridge, which adopts high-precision pressure transducer and displacement transducer to accurately judge the structural state, and the calculation results and counterweight scheme have been effectively verified by the subsequent rotary work, and the results are accurate and reliable, which accumulates valuable experience for the weighing test work of similar swivel bridges.
In the process of rotation of this project, the company used the self-developed "CHCI bridge rotation monitoring and measuring system" to monitor the running trajectory and posture of the swivel structure, realizing real-time tracking and monitoring of the rotating structure, and real-time monitoring of various parameters such as the angle, arc length, angular velocity, remaining angle, etc., which provided timely and accurate data and parameters for the smooth rotation of this project, and was highly recognized by the owner, the supervision department, the construction department, the railroad department, and other relevant departments.
