On July 22nd and 23rd, the Group Company held the first half year work conference of 2023 and the fifth staff representative conference of the first session at the location of Hainan Company.
In this conference, we listened carefully to the general manager Li Huawei's work report entitled "Recognize the Situation, Firm Confidence, Gather Strength, Strive to Open Up, Ensure the Comprehensive Completion of the Annual Operating Guidelines and Targets", the first half year financial report made by the Director of the Finance Department, Chen Ning, the production and operation, equipment, and safety production management report made by the Director of the Production and Security Department, Wang Houxing, the quality management system operation and scientific research report made by the Director of the Quality and Technology Department, Shang Weidong, and we conducted an in-depth and enthusiastic discussion focusing on the report of the General Manager, Li Huawei.
During the conference, all the participants, with a high sense of responsibility and ownership, deeply communicated, fully expressed their opinions, actively made suggestions, unified their understanding, clarified the direction, invigorated their spirit and encouraged their energy. During the conference, an interim shareholders' meeting was also held to seriously consider and vote on the relevant motions. At the staff representative conference, a new round of collective wage negotiation agreement involving the immediate interests of the staff was considered and passed.
At the end of the conference, Han Lijun, Secretary of the Party Committee and Chairman of the Board, delivered an important speech, made important instructions for the second half year, put forward specific requirements, with strong relevance and guidance, requiring all shareholders and representatives to study carefully, and in-depth implementation in the work.
At present, we celebrate the company's transformation of 20 years and the 70th anniversary of the establishment, held this conference in the newly built office building in Hainan, so that we have a deeper sense of the company's development of the brilliant achievements of the performance, and more firmly and enhance our self-confidence, pride, cohesion and centripetal force, which is a united and pragmatic conference, gathering of strength conference, pioneering and progressive conference.
