This project is located in Punjab, Pakistan, entrusted by Maple Leaf Cement Factory limited in Pakistan, our company is responsible for the civil construction of this project. The main work content and workload completion are as follows:
earth excavation about 9,500 m³, earth backfill about 3,900 m³, concrete construction about 8,600 m³, asphalt waterproof layer laying about 5,100 ㎡, steel fabrication about 800 T, wall masonry construction about 1,600 m³, plastering construction about 15,000 ㎡, steel structure pre-buried about 65 T, concrete breaking about 900 m³.
The project was started on September 16, 2021 and completed on December 10, 2022, with a construction period of 429 days. The project has been inspected to meet the design requirements and the quality objectives of the construction contract, and has the conditions for completion and acceptance.
From the beginning to the completion of the project, no safety accident occurred, and the project department made corresponding charts and signs according to the regulations of the owner and the company, and the temporary facilities were complete, neatly arranged and clean, creating a model project of safe and civilized construction. During and after the completion of the construction, the working surface was cleaned up after the completion of the work, the remaining materials were neatly stacked, the waste was cleaned up in time, and no environmental pollution occurred.
The quality of the project is accepted, the quality control information is complete and meets the requirements, the project safety and functional testing information and the main function sampling records are verified to meet the requirements of use, the quality of the project conforms to the relevant laws, regulations and mandatory standards for engineering construction, meets the design requirements and contract requirements, and the quality of the project is assessed as qualified by the acceptance and evaluation of the main departments of quality on site.
