The project is located in Haidong City, Qinghai Province, entrusted by China Construction Second Engineering Bureau Co., Ltd, our company undertakes the construction of bottom-expanding piles, including more than 1300 piles with diameters of 800mm, 900mm and 1000mm, and about 3300t of rebar cage fabrication for the piles.
With the active cooperation of the owner and the efforts of our company, the project department overcame various problems such as small construction surface, many mechanical equipment, the prevention and control of the COVID-19 epidemic and the influence of the external environment, the construction started on June 1, 2022 and was completed on August 2, 2022, taking 64 days to successfully complete the construction task. The owner commissioned a third-party pile foundation testing company to conduct testing, through the vertical static load test, acoustic detection test and low strain test, the test results are all qualified and meet the contract quality requirements.
During the construction process of this project, we strictly abided by the laws, regulations and rules concerning civilized construction issued by the state and the owner, did a good job in civilized construction and environmental protection, and the safety and civilized construction management, quality management and construction schedule control during the construction process were approved by the owner unit, and achieved good social benefits.
