The project is located in Tianjin Economic and Technological Development Zone (Nangang Industrial Zone), invested by Sinopec Group Tianjin Branch, the total area of foundation pretreatment of the project is about 1,170,000 square meters, and it is divided into four bidding sections for foundation pretreatment. Our company undertakes the construction tasks of the fourth bidding section, including the site clearance and leveling, laying the sand cushion layer, manufacturing the drainage board, laying the filter pipe and connecting the drainage board, laying the geotextile, laying the sealing film, constructing the sealing wall, digging the sealing ditch, setting up the vacuum system, covering the cofferdam, etc., as well as the construction content stipulated in the contract such as excess earthwork removal and backfilling.
The construction began on March 26, 2021 and was completed on August 23, 2021. A total of about 130,000m³ of sand cushion layer, 66,200,000m of plastic drainage boards and 17,600 cubic meters of sealing wall and clay mixing piles were completed. After completion, a third-party inspection was carried out and successfully handed over for acceptance on September 12, 2021.
In the whole construction process, facing of the complex geological situation at the construction site, the tight construction period, poor construction conditions and other unfavorable factors, our project department strictly followed the unified coordination and arrangement of the owner, carefully organized and carefully deployed, and completed the node goal of the owner with quality and quantity under the unremitting efforts of all project personnel. During the construction period, we strictly abided by the relevant laws and regulations and relevant standards and norms, conscientiously performed the contract. From the start to the completion, there were no safety and quality accidents occurred.
