Binzhou Lingang Chemical Industry Park first station project (C3, C4 storage and transportation project) is invested by Shandong Binhua New Materials Co., Ltd. and is located in the land area formed by the reclamation behind berths 8# and 9# in the harbor port area of Binzhou Port, Beihai New District, Binzhou City, Shandong Province. The first phase of the project proposed to build four 80,000 m ³ bimetallic full-capacity tanks (including two 80,000m³ low temperature propane bimetallic full-capacity tanks and two 80,000m ³ low temperature butane bimetallic full-capacity tanks) and 4 normal temperature spherical tanks (including two 3,000m ³ normal temperature propane spherical tanks and two 3,000m ³ normal temperature butane spherical tanks).
Our company mainly undertook the detailed survey of cryogenic tank area and storage tank pile construction task. The project started on December 13, 2020, and the piles were completed on April 18, 2021. The main work completed includes 1,264 piles, with pile diameter of 0.8 m, a concrete strength of C40 and impermeability grade of P10. The amount of concrete is about 41,776m³, the amount of reinforcement is about 2,954t, and the height of the above-ground part of the pile is about 1.2m. 16 piles were tested by the vertical compressive static load test and 128 piles were tested by the sonic fluoroscopy method, all of which meet the design requirements.
As the pile foundation construction enterprise of the project, facing the complex and harsh weather environment of winter construction, combined with the site environment, our project department formulated targeted management measures, strictly controlled the quality of the project, fully implemented the project safety, coordinated arrangements and scientifically formulated anti-epidemic measures.

During the construction period, no safety accident occurred, and the construction task was successfully completed, which won the unanimous praise of all parties and was awarded the honor of "Excellent Project Management Team" by the owner.
