At 9:58 a.m. on September 13, 2021, in the beautiful Jiangdong New District of Hainan, we held a grand commencement ceremony for the office building project of CHCI. Li Youdong, Chairman of the Supervisory Board of CHCI and Manager of Geotechnical Engineering Company, hosted the meeting; Li Huawei, General Manager of CHCI and Chairman of CHCI (Hainan), made a speech and announced the commencement order. Chen Jiayong, director of asset management department and project preparation office, Zhang Shuchen, consultant of CHCI, Liu Shuai, project manager of CHCI office building project, Cao Gaofeng, general manager of Hainan Huajian Engineering Supervision Consulting Co., Ltd., and other relevant leaders and employees attended the commencement ceremony. Hainan TV, Haikou TV, Jiangdong TV and other media conducted on-site interviews and reports.
CHCI office building project is invested by CHCI (Hainan) Co., Ltd. It is the construction of CHCI relying on Hainan free trade port, and an important part of "The Belt and Road" business strategy. The project covers an area of 15.45 mu, with 12 floors above the ground and 2 floors underground. The total construction area is about 44,000 square meters, with a total investment of 354 million yuan. The planned completion time is April 26, 2023.
After the hard work of the project site, with the support and help of Jiangdong New Area Administration and local government departments, we have completed the site investigation, clearing, site leveling, fence construction, construction of temporary water, electricity and buildings, and successfully determined the construction, design and supervision organizations, and handled the procedures for starting the project in a short time, laying a good foundation for the smooth start of the project. Overcoming all kinds of difficulties in such a short period of time, the smooth start of the project on schedule also fully proves that CHCI is a team that is not afraid of difficulties and can fight hard battles, and is also a team that can win battles.
Quality comes first in the long-term plan, we will take this as a new starting point, strictly control the quality and safety of construction with high standard, strict requirements, careful organization, careful construction and careful management. We will also ensure the quality, progress and safety of the project, achieve the construction goal of high quality, high efficiency and safety, and successfully complete the construction task of CHCI office building project. It is believed that with the smooth start and implementation of this project, it will bring new development vitality to the economy of Jiangdong New Area and provide a broader international development platform for CHCI.
